GOOD NEWS again! November sales show that 41% of the sales were from existing buyers, jumping on the $6500 credit offered to the move-up buyers.
The Holidays are over (slmost completely), and buyers are again in the market for new homes! I had 149% increase in web site hits on Sunday 12/27/09!
